Steve the bacon man is a regular at our weekly Farmers Market and now a fixture in the Village - situated up in the big green shed right next door to Matakana Coffees The Roastery.
Experience the goodness of nitrate & sugar free Matakana bacon and sausages. Lovingly hand made on site with only natural ingredients. Dry cured with sea salt and a secret blend of herbs and spices, then smoked with Manuka wood, Matakana Bacon is delicious, wholesome goodness.
