Ringawera Baker, Patrick Griffiths, is now selling fresh baked goods at both the weekly Matakana Farmers’ Market and from his new home right here in the Village, next door to the Matakana Deli.

You will be spoilt for choice with a wide range of bread on offer — sourdough, ciabatta, baguettes, focaccia, rewena, mixed grain, and organic rye sourdough just to name a few! If you’re after something to eat on the spot, choose from the fresh focaccias & paninis filled with deli meats and cheeses, salads, pickles & relishes. And of course let’s not forget the Ozone coffee, pastries, croissants and brioche!
